Motivation Drive 2: Negative Place(s), do not stay there
It does not matter if it is a physical place or mental place, plan an exit for all the negative things in your life.
Do not let it take up space. And if “it” is a situation that will not or cannot change, then “you” must change/adjust the moment you realize it.
There are also times you must stay neutral, to figure things out and that is okay.
It’s even okay to cry, to feel pain, to be afraid or have doubt but don’t stay there longer than you should.
Be vigilant, do not let the “negative” sneak in and take control.
Time is relative, so it all depends on you. The last thing you want to do is compare it to someone else, social media, a movie or fake expectations.
If you can’t find joy and don’t see a way out of the negative place, get help.
