Integrity is not just doing the right thing when everybody is watching, but it is doing the right thing even when it looks like you can get away with doing the wrong thing.
It’s your job not only to have integrity but to create a culture of integrity.
No matter how difficult it maybe, you must do the right thing for your customers, clients and employees.
Ignore those that may seem to have gotten away with having no integrity. Stay strong, keep the faith and it will all workout in the end.
Ken Beauvais is an award-winning entrepreneur, business consultant and motivational speaker.
